**APO/FPO and PO Box shipping addresses can NOT be sent via UPS and will be sent via the post office. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate delivery times to APO/FPO addresses since the actual location is not available through the postal system since it is considered classified. The transit time it takes for the APO/FPO office to get it to the military location is completely controlled by the military mail system and not the post office.
Delivery time to APO/FPO addresses generally take 10 business days, but completely depends on the military mail system and Customs.

Military Addressing Tips:
Our troops look forward to hearing from you and receiving your packages. This is why it is especially important to make sure your order is addressed correctly so that it gets to the right person in the right place. Please review the United States Postal Office Military Addressing Tips page for all details.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Items:
Claims for damaged items or discrepancies must be submitted within 48 hours of order receipt so that we can contact the shipping carrier right away. Please contact our Customer Service team. We are open Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm (MST). Please keep all packaging material in the case that an inspection is necessary from the shipping carrier. Our shipping carriers require a 7 business day investigation period and in that time we are unable to ship out a replacement or issue a refund until the investigation by the shipping carrier has been completed.

Totally Costumes is online 365 days a year, 24 hours a day for order placement through our website. However, our offices are closed so that our hard-working, dynamic team can observe the following holidays with their families:

Shipping Exceptions and Delays
We can not be liable for late shipments or extra freight costs as the result of events beyond our control including, but not limited to, insufficient information provided by the customer, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions or labor disputes. This policy coincides with the UPS/USPS/FedEx policies stated on their websites.
If a shipment is delayed due to these conditions, we can not reimburse the shipping costs.
Aerosol cans can not be sent via Next Day Air due to transportation security laws. We are not responsible for any packages returned if next day air delivery is selected on any aerosol can. Shipping charges are non-refundable and our regular return policy will apply.
Delivery instructions entered by the customer within the order comments field will not be followed (e.g. "no signature required?, "leave at the doorstep if no one is home", etc.). The package is delivered at the delivery driver's discretion. It is their decision on whether they leave the package at the door or obtain a signature as they are responsible for it.
Unverified information may delay your order during processing. Please make sure to double check the billing information you entered as we can only do business with verified customers:
- Your name as it appears on the card
- Billing address as it is on file with your card issuer
- Card Verification (CID / CVV) Number
Once your order leaves our shipping facilities, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email with a tracking number included. This tracking number will link to the shipping carrier's website where you will be able to track your shipment while it is in transit to the shipping destination.
It can take up to 12-24 hours for the tracking number to update within their website, so please be patient during this period.
